840c and Canon pixma mp750

I have been using 'X-Print' inks from <999>
I have Hp Deskjet 950c + 840c and Canon pixma mp750.

999 inks have been getting worse & worse. Only very recent they sent
me just 1 correct (x-print) cartridge out of a full set of (5) for my
canon 750. It took 13 days of emails & phone calls. They finally
apologised (?) and want me to return the cartidges stating they will
re-imburse me the posting cost...? what a pathetic firm!

Anyway, I could do with some good advice on any other X-print
suppliers, or, other 'good quality' inks/suppliers please.

Printer i320-pixma

if i reset the active 1600, the inklevel is full but only so long the printer is on...

[(i used "SCREEN.EXE" in "General Tool Untuk Berbagai Tipe Printer i320-pixma" folder and push the "3" Button, after setting right usb port -- after that the printer status show full cartridges)].

If i turned the printer off and after that on, the cartridge is empty again :(
no way...

by the way. It happened me that i get a ip2200 after using that tool... the printer declare as an ip2200!!! I must download the new driver and it works! after that he print faster... I don't know whether the electronic can handle it... Therefore i bring it back to an ip1600... But the inklevel problem is not away...

ideas?
